Massachusetts Governor Chokes Up at Painkiller Bill Signing
Dr. Leana Wen is the Baltimore City Health Commissioner. In this TED Talk video, she speaks to the one medication that will save 25,000 lives each year. Her city utilizes a program called Staying Alive and is based upon a harm reduction model aimed at preventing deaths from opiate overdoses.
